We highly value your business and take great pride in providing to our customers exceptional customer service and superior quality virgin hair. This page consists of important information pertaining to our store policy.We encourage customers to thoroughly read over this information so you may be aware of your rights, obligations, as well as certain limitations that may apply to you when making purchases from our website.


Full payment is required at the time the order is being placed.
Payments are safely and securely accepted via PayPal. Your personal information is stored with PayPal and we do not have any access to your credit card information. Your PayPal account or the credit card that is submitted through PayPal will be charged for the full order amount including shipping and taxes if applicable.

Incorrect Price/Quantity

Signature Blends Virgin Hair has the right to cancel an order if the price or quantity of an item/items was incorrectly listed. We will contact you immediately if this issue arises. If your order is canceled we will issue a refund immediately.

Product Availability

If a product is unavailable or we are unable to satisfy your order we will contact you immediately by email or phone to find out if you would like to receive a substitution for the product. If a substitution is not feasible we will issue a refund for your order for the item that is unavailable or if you choose to cancel the entire order we will refund the amount of the complete order.


Please be advised that our hair is 100% authentic Virgin unprocessed hair. Therefore each bundle may vary in texture, color, and wave patterns due to the fact that each bundle is collected from an individual donor. With all of our hair being "Raw" there is no guarantee to variations in color, frizz, flyaways, how deep or loose the wave pattern may be, luster, texture, or any other characteristic of Raw virgin hair. Each bundle may have its own unique look therefore making no two bundles the same.


Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
 It will take up to 2 business days to process your order (not including weekends or holidays). Once we have processed your order you will receive your tracking number. Please allow 3 up to 5 business days to receive your order after order has been shipped. If we find that there is an issue with shipping we will contact you immediately.  All orders placed after 5pm CST will  be considered placed the following business day.

Orders CANNOT be canceled after an item has shipped.


All orders are shipped USPS and signature confirmation is required to receive package. To prevent fraud your shipping address must match your billing address and must be a Paypal CONFIRMED address. NO EXCEPTIONS If it does not you will have to confirm and verify your address with PayPal before we can proceed with processing your order.

Please make sure your address is correct when submitting information.

We are not responsible for late or delayed shipment due to holidays, inclement weather, carrier delays, or anything caused out of our control. In the nature of shipment we do not reimburse shipping fees. USPS will leave a notice that they attempted to deliver and will provide information on the notice on how to arrange for redelivery or pick up. Refunds will not be given for items that are not delivered, not picked up, refused shipment, or lost.

 We ARE NOT responsible for packages  that are delayed during shipment nor can we offer a refund.

Signature Blends Virgin Hair takes great pride in consistency and the superior quality that we provide in our premium virgin hair extensions. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure that you receive quality hair and are satisfied with our product.

Before using your hair extensions we highly encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order to make sure you have received the correct items. When doing so you must ensure that you DO NOT cut any zip ties, cut the wefts or hair, open up the bundles, or alter the hair in any way other than how it was received. Otherwise the hair is considered used.


Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If there is an issue with your order or you would like to make an exchange please contact us immediately. Exchanges will be replaced with the same item originally ordered unless the original item is unavailable. You will be notified if the item is unavailable and if a substitution is feasible for you. If you accept the replacement once we have received the original item your new item will be shipped out to you once the hair has been inspected and approved for an exchange. If you do not accept the replacement  we will offer a refund for the hair that you would like to exchange once it's returned. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item back to us when a exchange is made, unless there was an error made on our end. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when returning items in the case shipment is lost. As a courtesy to our customers, the replacement(only one) will be returned to customer with shipping costs covered  by us,


PLEASE NOTE: Billing address and shipping address must match when placing orders through our website and must be a CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS confirmed by PayPal. WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES. If they do not match it may cause your order to be canceled or delayed and if necessary you may be asked to submit documents to prove where you reside. To protect ourselves as well as customers we do obtain the right to refuse or cancel an order if it appears to be suspicious, fraudulent, or there are issues with addresses and we will issue a refund immediately.
